Shahwira has developed subsidiaries under its name into another business venture.  Therefore, on 6 September 2001 Lintasan Wijaya Security Sdn. Bhd. has changed it name to Shahwira Holdings Sdn. Bhd.

Shahwira Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is the operator of Camp of National Service Training Centre (PLKN), Kem Summerset, Summerset Resort, Kuala Rompin, Pahang.  It is also one of the main contracted camps with Ministry of Defense Malaysia.  This is a training camp that provides eco-training activities, water training activities, jungle tracking, motivation programs which is equips with tents camp-bed, toilets, dining hall, cook house facilities and administration office with capacities in providing facilities for 500 participants.

Subsequently, Shahwira Holdings Sdn. Bhd. participate in film industries i.e. telemovies, tv and video documentaries which later in 10 January 2005 form up a new subsidiary company, Shahwira Productions Sdn. Bhd. to take over this business.
