Tengku Khairul Ariff is a graduate from New Castle University, USA in Bachelor Sciene of Security and Safety Management. Now his currently persuing his studies as a distance learning student for Master in Bussiness Management from New Castle University, USA.
He is the Group Executive Director and shareholder. After completion of the Secondary Education, he is put under training to manage Shahwira Security Sdn. Bhd. from rank and file before being promoted to Executive Director which he is now currently on practical training at the managerial level of companies.
After completion of the secondary Education, he was assigned to manage Shahwira Security Sdn. Bhd. He learned the trades of the business by way of on the job training. Due to his good performance and dedication, he was promoted to Executive Director in a short span of time. He is highly motivated and ambitious young man whereby he continues to pursue self-improvement courses from time to time.
In recognition of his commitment to the company, he is made the Group Executive Director. He was responsible for the daily management of Kem Summerset Resort, Kuala Rompin, Pahang Darul Makmur for the National Services Training Centre Project and now he pursuing his studies as a distance learning student for Master Science of Security and Safely Management from University Newcastle USA.
He is now currently responsible for the day to day management of Shahwira Productions Sdn. Bhd.
In the film industry, he started by attending courses in film directing and publishing, conducted by Finas (Film Development Corporation of Malaysia) and personally trained by Finas trainer, En Ibrahim bin Hisham, f.d.a.m and En Pian, f.d.a.m.
He had published a few telemovies as Jenipah Lopez, Kerana Perempuan 2, 24 Jam Sebelum Syawal And Jelingan A Go Go for TV Commercial and became a director to Documentary program at M.I.T.V listed below:
