Shahwira Holdings Sdn.Bhd. was incorporated on 27th May
1997. Capt. (R) Tengku Badrul Majidi Bin HJ. Tengku Zainal Abidin wanted to start the business
as a security management company, specialising in installing of security
equipments and also giving security consultations. These Security business
was later delegated to after the purchase of Purnama Security Sdn. Bhd.
which later being change to the name of Shahwira Security Sdn. Bhd. which
had a full license company by Ministry of Internal Security (Kementerian
Keselamatan Dalam Negeri) and Ministry of Finance (Kementerian Kewangan) as
a Contractor and Bumiputera status.
